Early Childhood

All children are required to be screened before they can register.  If you're interested in having your child screened, please fill out our screening request form.

All students must be up-to-date with physical examination and immunization requirements.  All completed forms must be turned in to your child's school as soon as possible.  Students who have not submitted their required health documents by September 11, 2023 will be excluded from school starting September 12, 2023 until all documentation has been received.

Early Childhood Health Requirements

Our Early Childhood program is offered at Caledonia Elementary and Washington Academy.  Students that live within Caledonia, Seth Whitman and Lincoln boundaries will attend Caledonia.  Students that live within Washington, Perry and Meehan will attend Washington.  However, all bilingual classes will be at Washington, no matter your home school.

All children currently between the ages of 3 and 4 may be eligible.

Early Childhood students are not required to bring school supplies.  We do ask that you send your child to school with the following items, clearly labeled with their first and last name:

• A change of clothes (shirt, pants, socks, and underwear)
• Diapers/pull-ups with refastenable sides as needed
• A backpack (regular sized - no smaller than 16” x 18” x 8.5”)
• Snack items - Teacher will contact you during the first week of school with more information.  The classroom will provide snack options or you will be able to send a daily snack with your child.
